Hello everyone :)
I'm always late with updates, sorry. I'll write about NYFW and LFW in next two days, I promise. But now it's time to sum up Milan Fashion Week.
1. PRINTS. Milan Fashion Week was full of different prints: in Dolce&Gabanna collection we can see ancient Sicilian ruins on dresses, floral prints in Moschino, Gucci and Antonio Marras collections and drawings representing women faces in Prada collection.
2.MATERIALS. Outfits, which finished Fendi show, was made from fur. Miuccia Prada worked with big crystals. Dresses from this collection have a laconic silhouette and bright crystals make them unique. Also I was impressed by Prada coats. Great work with fur! They look like pop-art works or maybe like graffiti. Dolce&Gabanna made their dresses from coins, and Versace used the silvered cotton. Marni and Dolce&Gabanna used flower applications on dresses.
3.BRA. Salvatore Ferragamo made bras from python leather and like Donatella Versace, who decorated bras from her collection with a precious brooch, threw a jacket on shoulders. Frida Janini used transparent fabrics and Miuccia Prada put embroidered by crystals bras on dresses.
4. ACCESSORIES. Designers suggest to pay attention on massive accessories like bracelets and necklaces.
5.BAGS. Laconic bags will be popular next summer. It can be "crocodile" texture (Bottega Veneta, Roberto Cavalli), volume (Tod's, Trussardi), bags with fringe (Gucci)
6.SHOES. Designers worked on two designes of shoes: some of them made shoes with thin high hairpin, and others showed comfortable sandals.
See you tomorrow xo
